C-line Onion Peeler

The C-line machine, which is basically a machine unit designed to cut the onion, then blow the husks up and discharge them onto the conveyor belt to the waste container. The efficiency of the device, depending on the size of the onion, ranging from 600 – 2000 kg / h. It is equipped with 4 rolls with a length of 160 cm and a variable diameter enabling a smooth and effective peeling process. The onion is transported to the roll container with a ribbon, which selects individual pieces of onion and cuts them before the peeling process using knives placed on the top of the ribbon. Thanks to the adjustable speed of the motors, it is possible to adapt the machine to the appropriate type of onion. All components used in the manufacture of the device have the appropriate technical parameters and meet certain standards in accordance with applicable regulations.
