The machine is designed to remove impurities from root vegetables and potatoes, it is equipped with stone separator, thanks to which the product is separated from clods of earth and stones. The device works automatically throughout the vegetable preparation process. Each stage of processing is computer-controlled. Thanks to the use of bar conveyors, the initial dripping of the product takes place immediately after leaving the water. The structure is completely made of powder-coated steel s235, which ensures the highest level of operating safety. Access to the machine elements is provided by opening covers. The rotational speed of the drum and the conveyor are controlled by an inverter from the panel. The bottom of the machine is shaped like drain funnels with adjustable working and break times. The water level is monitored by an array of sensors.
