The automatic packing machine for foil bags is a perfect device for fully automatic packing of loose materials into foil bags. The end result of the machine’s operation are aesthetically packed loose products in foil packaging. The machine is characterized by significantly increased efficiency (600 pcs / h), which results from the automation of the welding process, eliminating the so-called human factor. In the welding process, it uses hot air to create a weld. PE films made of recycled materials are characterized by different thicknesses, therefore we used an automated system for measuring the thickness of the film on-line, i.e. just before the welding process. Bearing in mind the good of the environment and the waste management policy resulting directly from the climate crisis, it is possible to weld foil from polyethylene regranulates, i.e. foil sleeves made of recycled materials. Our packing machine is also competitive on the market due to its small dimensions. Area limitations for potential customers are no longer an obstacle because the minimum height of the room is already set from 3000 mm. The packing machine is designed to work with electronic weighing machines. The combination of a packing and weighing machine results in an excellent, fully automated weighing and packing line adapted to weighing in bags from 5 kg to 25 kg.
